We warrant our staff are qualified and experienced for the software testing job we agree you need them for. Quite simply, if they don't fit tell us and we will replace them. We think it highly unlikely you will want to replace any of our staff, but if you do:
- We will work with you to understand the reason and tailor the requirement to make sure that we both benefit
- We will not charge for anyone we agree needs to be replaced in the first week of any assignment with you.
It's a partnership, and we will work with you to achieve your goals. Quite simply, it is in our interest and we have built our reputation on long term relationships and partnerships that are mutually beneficial.

Demand management is a difficult thing to profile and guarantee that you have all of the testing skills you need all of the time. In most cases, doing so is simply not cost effective or practical.

How can TSG help me in terms of software testing resourcing?
As an accredited ISEB & ISTQB software testing training provider, we certify all of our permanent staff at ISEB/ISTQB Foundation level, with the greater majority having attained ISEB Practitioner and ISTQB Advanced levels. We do, from time to time, use associates, but only those who have worked for us in similar roles previously or are recommended by a member of staff.
